Introduction To Meditation and Mindfulness

This workshop will show how meditation can reduce anxiety and stress, leading to more balanced living and a healthier life. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits will be covered as well as its history and research behind its effectiveness. You will learn simple meditations that can become the foundation of your daily practice for living with less anxiety and assisting with sleep. Eat light and dress in comfortable clothes.
Bring your cushion and / or mat.
