Introductory Vinyasa Yoga with Grace

Vinyasa yoga is the connection between breath and movement. This gentle 65-minute flow is designed with beginners in mind to introduce awareness of breath and body and the appropriate sequencing of basic yoga postures. Students will flow through Sun Salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated postures, gentle backbends, and delicate twists. Ignite your internal fire, focus the mind, and discover a calming release with vinyasa yoga. Intermediate postures will be introduced as students progress in their personal practice.
