My adult life has been devoted to studying health and nutrition. I began with first studying vitamins. Naturally with studying vitamins, food comes into play. Thomas Jefferson said, “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food”. The old adage, you are what you eat is true. If you eat crappy food you will feel like crap. It is not just what you eat, it also what you can digest. When I met my now husband, we made a 40’ diameter herb garden based on the native American Medicine Wheel. This necessitated the need for me to learn about the benefits of herbs. Once we became beekeepers a whole new world of products to explore became apparent. We have been incorporating the use of bee products in our daily life for 10 years.
